[The First One]

A story idea I find interesting; a group of superhumanly muscular alien women (at the very least far bigger than any man with muscles so dense and thick they're bulletproof and strong enough to easily lift and rip apart tanks.  And again, that's the bare minimum) covertly invade Earth by opening a chain of women's-only gyms.  The supplements available there gradually turn customers into musclebound superwomen like the aliens, until eventually they have an army of millions of hulking, superhuman warrior women.
