"Are you sure about this? From now on, there's no turning back"

Laid down on the lab's gurney, Sky could see a film playing in front of her eyes. The day she coughed and blood splattered on her hand. The lung cancer diagnosis. The metastasis that struck half of her vital organs. Suddenly, she had three months to live.

Her feeble voice came out, still uncertain.

"Y-yes"

No regular treatments were able to reverse its aggressive advance. In despair, she found two military doctors looking for volunteers. A new, highly experimental treatment: nanobots. In theory, they could aid anything they were programmed for, but they had never been tested.

They were her last hope.

"All right. We'll commence the injection"

She watched in fear the liquid metal flowing through the medical tube and into her veins.

The pain, then warmth. She looked down at herself, trying to comprehend the strange tingles all over her body, tiny needles gently penetrating her entrails. After 10 minutes, they abruptly stopped.

The two doctors gazed away from the monitoring screens, subtle smiles cracking their straight countenances.

"It worked"

Sky's chin was trembling.

"A-are you sure?"

"Yes. There's no more traces of the tumors"

Her eyes watered. Tears of relief and joy rolled down her cheeks.

She stood up, not believing that she could do it again by herself. Overcome with emotion, she hugged the two doctors. The post-procedure exams showed no adverse reactions; the doctors gladly saw no reason not to discharge her.

Stepping out of the lab, the cold breeze of the night filling her renewed lungs, Sky cried again. Wiping her tears, a smile of pure bliss in her face, she left the military base, went straight to her favorite restaurant and asked for her favorite spaghetti and meat balls. The taste as she gobbled it felt good like never before. A joyful sigh followed; she hadn't felt this hungry in a long time. Returning home, she put on a smooth playlist and threw herself into bed, hugging her pillow adorably as the fresh memories of that day gradually lulled her to sleep.

She woke up just in time for her next-day exam at the lab.

Looking at her 1.56m [5 feet 1] petite self in the mirror, she smiled. Her body was fully recovered. More than that; her pale skin regained its softness, and under it her muscles were slightly toned, radiating youth and vigor. She frowned when she noticed that her shoulder scar was gone, but didn't give much attention to that. Hungry, she ate half of her small fridge for breakfast and headed to the lab.

The two doctors welcomed Sky, asked trivial medical questions, started the exams.

Checking the results in the screen, their relaxed expressions gradually faded.

They gazed at each other. Checked the numbers again.

The nanobots had replicated themselves. From the initial 10 million, they were now more than 500 million inside Sky. Her other numbers, BMR, fat percentage, all were all showing values of a high performance athlete.

They were programmed just to cure her. Why they were acting like this?

Without any fuss, they ran the tests again. 600 million, in just a few minutes.

Both were not able to hide their concern. Sky noticed.

"What's wrong?"

One of them turned to her.

"The nanobots are experimental, as you're aware. Since their job is done, it's prudent to extract them from you"

The other doctor was preparing a syringe. Sky suddenly felt her senses strangely acute, telling her that these men were hiding something.

The second doctor approached her with the syringe.

She broke through her shyness.

"No. I'm feeling... Fine"

"It's just a precaution, Sky"

The first doctor held gently her arm in place.

"What? What are you doing?"

She struggled. He held firmer.

"I said no!"

A surge of strength caught all three by surprise. Releasing her arm, Sky grabbed the syringe with such eagerness that her grip smashed it on the palm of her hand.

She was looking in shock to her bleeding hand when she started feeling the same tingles from yesterday. They watched astonished as the shards of glass embedded in her skin were expelled, the bleeding stopping before the cuts closed themselves, leaving her hand without any marks.

The two doctors swallowed hard. Shaking, one of them reached for another syringe, jumping towards her in a desperate attempt to inject the sedative.

With a precise, firm motion, Sky clutched his wrist, a sharp reflex that scared even herself. The tingling started again. Feeling a dreadful weakness, the doctor dropped the syringe. She couldn't explain, but, as the man paled and withered, something was... Entering her.

She released him, not fully understanding what was happening. In utter panic, the two men fled.

She glanced to nowhere, her heart beating fast, the whirlpool of sensations giving her a strange hint of pleasure. The tingling continued, developing into a warm, embracing feeling of vitality, her clothes tightening around her body, her pale skin stretching by muscles that were surging under it.

It felt good. Really good.

Coming to her senses, she noticed a tank filled with nanobots. Her stomach burned with arousal. A strong shiver ran through her body as she could feel a buried, dark desire taking over her senses. She grabbed the medical tube and effortlessly plunged the needle into her vein.

Her breathing became labored, then ragged, small, uncontrollable groans escaping her lips as the whole cybernetic fluid was making its way inside her, spreading to her muscles, bones, nerves.

The rush of adrenaline caused by the fear and excitement blurred her vision. Losing balance, she leaned on a mainframe. When her shoulder touched the machine, it immediately began to blip and spark. Sky screamed, hit by a strong electric shock. Stepping away, her body began to tremble.

The electric energy didn't leave her body. It was being processed. She could feel the nanobots using it, multiplying frantically inside her. The tingling came back, much stronger. She moaned as a deep breath made her chest rise, her boobs visibly getting bigger as her shirt ripped.

Her erratic breathing was filled with lust, the myriad of microscopic machines working fiercely, fixing every flaw, every trace of imperfection, but going further; she was getting taller, bigger, stronger.

The nanobots suddenly stopped. She could feel their readiness, waiting eagerly for more fuel.

Her pussy was burning when she reached the mainframe with her hands.

The heavy shock numbed her limbs, the pain brimmed with ecstasy as her cells sucked avidly the energy. Her muscles began to grow enormously, shredding all her clothes, billions and billions of nanobots converting the energy, evolving her. She cooed, arching her eyebrows, the pleasure far beyond anything she had ever felt. The lights blinked, then the lab's power went out.

She caught her breath, shudders of pleasure still coursing her new huge body. She was more than 2.00m [6 feet 7] tall, her muscles dense, crawling with distended veins, huge blue and green bumps snaking along her pale skin.

A stabbing pain struck her behind her eyes. The nanobots kept fulfilling their duty, rampantly, tirelessly. Memories, experiences and knowledge flashing clearly in her mind. They were reassembling her brain, improving it, her intelligence increasing exponentially. It was then that she understood.

They were still curing her. Curing her of being a human.

Her humanity was the disease.

Sky felt a voracious need for more energy, her own desire so intense that sent shivers down her spine; to ensure she would crave for survival above anything else, her most primal instincts were being amplified.

Hunger. Dominance. Power.

She blasted through the lab's window, only to find company.

The doctors put the military base on red alert. 40 soldiers were waiting for her, their machine guns drawn.

"Drop on your knees or we'll shoot"

Her answer was a wicked, frightening smile.

The troop didn't take any chances. At once, hundreds of bullets were fired.

They bounced, falling down around her like an iron rain, not a single one able to harm her evolving body. Sky looked down in disbelief and thrill as the energy from every impact was being assimilated by the nanobots, converting it in waves of power that expanded her muscles more and more by the second, but even further; multiplying to the quadrillions, they were merging with her. Her body was hardening, stiffening, becoming truly impenetrable.

The shootout ceased, the guns' magazines empty. She kept growing, more than 3.00m [9 feet 10] tall, looming menacingly over them. The army stepped back. She delighted in their fear.

Her enhanced hearing detected a heavy chain sound far away. She narrowed her eyes. A tank was approaching, adjusting its cannon in her direction.

A deafening blast sound was heard.

The shell hit her left arm. The tremendous impact, however, didn't knock her down; taking a couple of steps back, she remained standing. It tore an open wound, revealing a reddish grey flesh networked by large, pulsating veins.

She moaned as her skin regenerated, the pain and pleasure fused, surpassing any human boundaries.

The nanobots promptly acknowledged. She needed more power. Much more power.

Suddenly, her feet rooted to the ground. Her eyes widened as she felt like a very vivid taste the essence of the forest surrounding the military base.

The soldiers watched in horror the plants, grass, trees languishing and drying. She groaned, shaking vigorously as all organic matter was being sucked to her, her muscles growing at an alarming rate. When every biological trace had been harvested, she was towering more than 12.00m [39 feet 4], panting in arousal by her own monstrous power.

When her lust trance was over, she noticed that she was alone. The whole army had retreated, abandoned the base.

A loud siren began to sound. A floor gate opened and a missile was launched from the underground.

Her hyper-sharp senses immediately warned her; it was a tactical nuke.

Each and every nanobot went into a frenzy. She could feel the immense energy inside it.

She jumped, her mighty legs propelling her dozens of meters [feet] towards the projectile. Reaching it, she peeled the metallic exterior just before gravity started to pull her back.

She landed heavily, crashing like a meteor, destroying almost the entire base. When the cloud of dust dissipated, she was standing inside a deep crater, her hand raised, holding the Polonium and Uranium core of the nuke.

Her eyes glowed madly as her fingers began to press the isotopes. Strained by the overwhelming pressure and heat, they melted, the fluorescent liquid running down her arm.

Monitoring her with their satellites, the military realized they've made a mistake.

Their last mistake.

She gasped, her mouth opened in a silent scream. Her arm started to grow rampantly, bigger than a silo, then bigger than a building, her monstrous bicep like a planet being born, a gigantic globe of power expanding to gargantuan proportions.

She roared when the tremendous power spread to the rest of her body, an explosion of growth rocketing her size, now she knew, to where she always belonged. Her legs instantly become two unimaginably huge columns of ripped flesh, towering above the clouds, her chest expanding kilometers [miles] with each breath, almost unable to contain the incommensurable power blossoming inside her. The surge of dense, humungous mass kept going, quaking the cities nearby. People looked up astonished, witnessing the rise of a sacred being, a goddess of peerless beauty and strength.

She groaned majestically, orgasming over and over in a colossal, unstoppable climax, her crystalline, celestial voice heard all over the continent, the prelude of the end.

Looming from her 8,000m [26,246 feet], she looked down to the minuscule, puny mortals, completely at her mercy, her eyes glowing with greed and lust.

Her delirious mind sent a single word to her lips.

"More"

Like a visceral magnet, everything began to fly towards her. Rocks, minerals, water, lava, people, her perfected body able to absorb each and every element and fraction of life, soaking them up, transforming them into more and more power.

Earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanos, every major catastrophic reaction on the planet erupted at once as gravity itself shifted, the whole Earth being attracted to Sky's insatiable body. She came, and came, millions of orgasms condensed in every second of her ascended existence.

The Earth was gone, completely absorbed. Sky moaned in the vacuum, a cosmic entity floating in the emptiness of space.

She giggled playfully as the moon crashed between her monumental boobs, instantly making them bigger. She stretched her apocalyptic arm, her gracious fingers feeling the warmth of the sun. Her pussy burned, the drops of her love juices floating out of her sweet sex larger than Mercury and Venus, two minuscule dots that began to orbit towards her, soon to be part of her.

Sky cooed wickedly. The dark matter around her was vibrating. It was only a matter of time before her divine being would consume every bit of mass and energy in the universe.

Every.

Single.

Bit.
