WPW 262 - Anita Ramsey and Chris Bongiovanni

This was intended to be a 'true' off season video, but those are getting harder to do as many of the women come to our tapings lean and hard even when they are off season! When Anita told us she was 150 pounds at 5'4", we thought she would be a bit soft but as you will see she was hard as a nail even at that size. We did a very impressive gym workout with her featuring 20+ chinups, then 8 pullups with a 45 pound plate strapped to her and then 1,200 pound leg presses. She then poses in a few outfits showing off her huge and hard 26" thighs, hard biceps and calves and she even had abs at this weight! Her portion of this tape ends with her interview and footage taken at the Extravaganza Strength Contest. Chris, at 5'4" 160 pounds, had more of an off-season look. In the gym she did leg presses with 1,0000 pounds and a strict 135 pound curl (she just missed a bodyweight curl). She then does posing in several outfits and her footage at the Strength Extravaganza and her interview are also included. Anita and Chris were paired here due to physical similarities and both were very top national bodybuilding stars who were experienced in front of the camera so we were able to leave most of the footage live for the posing segments for these 1995 tapings.
