Searching for a story

I am looking for a story of a weak wife who decides to train. During the period of her training, her husband goes on a business trip and when he returns she has become bigger, stronger and taller than him. I remember that she was buying supplements that helped her gain muscle. At a certain point she accidentally tears her husband's shirt with his biceps, thinking that it had shrunk after washing, while it was she who was growing dramatically.
