From a recent physique contest.  Since I can't read Korean I don't know the results but I'm pretty sure Jin Won came in 1st or at least 2nd.  Not that the other ladies weren't in good shape, just that Jin Won is in a class of her own.

Pity there are no pics of her ab poses this time round.  Her six packs are second IMHO only to Park Su Hee's eight packs.

Very muscular back even BEFORE she hits the complete back double biceps pose.

Sexy, strong & muscular back!!

This woman knows how to pose and how to tease the audience.  Instead of showing off her solid biceps right away, she casually flicks her hair back and of course, make sure she pops her biceps doing it!!

Perfectly sculptured, rock hard, biceps!!

Looks like Jin Won's taking part in another contest come May 2013.  Fingers crossed that she comes in first again but looking at her spectacular body at the recent contest, I don't think she'll have much trouble coming up tops again.  To be fair, contestant 205 from that contest was pretty darn amazing and had one of the best abs I've seen in recent contests BUT when it comes to abs, very few people can top Lee Jin Won.  And when you factor in the entire package (not just her abs), she becomes pretty much unbeatable.

Jin Won participated in the recent Mr & Ms Korea 2013 and while I've not seen the result sheet (not that I can understand Korean!) I'm pretty sure she placed first again as she has been consistently doing all this while.

Amazing biceps as always.

That back is so muscular and sexy!!

Her abs are so friggin ripped that even when she's not doing an ab pose, those six packs stand out prominently!

With Park Su Hee presumably concentrating on being a fitness instructor and no longer competing (I sure as hell hope I'm wrong!  Sure miss her 8 pack abs!!), I'd have to say Jin Won has the best abs in the world of fitness/physique.

If anyone has the video from the Mr & Ms Korea 2013 featuring Jin Won, kindly upload.  Fans will notice she has changed her posing routine some what and I personally love the addition of an ab roll.  Not many people can do that and it takes very strong abs and lots of muscle control.  The last time I saw it was when Russian FBB Elena Shportun competed and mind you, she was an FBB.  For a physique competitor as petite as Jin Won to be able to do an ab roll as well is plain amazing.

Jin Won took part in the recent 2013 IFBB Asian Championships women's bodyfitness up to 160 cm category and placed 2nd.  Very impressive IMO considering she was up against international competitors.

She tends to vary her posing routine which is not a bad thing but I miss her ab roll from the Mr & Ms Korea 2013 contest.  Extremely sexy to watch and it also shows off her ab strength 'cos it takes lots of muscle control to roll one's abs like that.
