The viewers of this video beware, there is an incredible amount of female muscularity to be seen here: Renee was 5'4" 145 pounds and Debbie was 5'2" 140 pounds at the 1994 Nationals Championships when all the contest-shape material was taken. In early 1996 we did our 'off season' session with Renee at her power-packed 160+ pounds. We begin this video with a full hour of posing with Renee where she hits the shots in a couple of bikinis and several dresses and reveals her very complete physique, including some of the most muscular legs we have ever seen. We then move to her off-season gym workout where she shows off her considerable strength, then some off-season posing, closing with her interview. Up next is Debbie's posing segments, all in very top contest shape. She was in her very early 20s here but her mature and polished physique package belies her age, and she shows off incredible biceps, triceps, back and chest, and her lower body was also national caliber. Lots of very impressive muscle posing in different outfits here, but sadly no gymwork or interview as we didn't have the time to do that at the contest as we did for Renee, so we were going to do that for her off-season shooting, but she had a very bad injury and we were never able to complete her footage then. We paired two women on previous tapes who were as good as these two here- but none better.

Note:  After comparing them a bit more closely, I think this is one of the few cases where the downloadable version was as good quality as the one ripped directly from the DVD- there's a reason those segments are over 800MB each, instead of the usual 300MB or so.
