I think Andrea will win: her loss at the Phoenix lit a fire under her ass, and based on the more recent prep vids of her, she looks like an absolute freak.

Ashley could also win if she comes in sharp: she's absolutely cartoonish, with a lower body that nobody can match today from any angle, and she dominates most back poses, although her pecs need some improvement, and her arms are as much behind Andrea's as Andrea's quads are behind Ashley's: still world-class, but not downright superhuman... the pics of her above seem recent, and I'm not sure if she's going to be sharp enough. Ashley is improving at an impossible rate, still adding size where it no longer seems to fit, and she seems to be on track to be unbeatable... if not this year, then in the near future.

As for Anjie, I hate to be saying this since she absolutely deserved her Phoenix win, and it's an amazing achievement for her to beat someone as dominant as Andrea (who hadn't lost a contest in five years), but all in all, I think Andrea still has a superior physique: she is more massive, wider, thicker, and with more aesthetic (yet huge and freakish) muscle bellies. Anjie's thighs and glutes are probably better by now than Andrea's (they were not only more separated and ripped than hers at the Phoenix, but also more three-dimensional and round; her pecs are getting close (and Andrea seems to have been told not to flex hers too much, maybe due to some misguided notion of femininity, which is a pity because one of the most amazing spectacles in all of bodybuilding is Andrea Shaw flexing her pecs into rippling beach balls that she can rest her chin on), but Andrea's upper body is still far superior overall. Anjie won the Phoenix because Andrea blew it, but I don't think she should count on that happening again. Anjie is an unbelievable bodybuilder who's fiercely hungry, improving year in, year out, chasing and eventually reaching a dream that most thought unattainable. If Anjie keeps improving at her current rate somehow, she could soon become a formidable opponent to Andrea even if Andrea is in top shape – which I don't yet see today. As for this year, Andrea tends to peak for the Olympia whereas Anjie seems to (at least once or twice) peak at the Phoenix, and I don't really see her improving as drastically as Andrea, if at all, is between the two contests.

I just love that the MsO title is up for grabs: Andrea was getting complacent, never matching her 2021 MsO form, and she seemed to be in a different league than everyone else. I love Anjie's fierce competitiveness, and also the miracle that is Ashley, rising to the top in division after division while ballooning up to ridiculous proportions. I hope these three ladies will keep inspiring each other to greatness: if so, these are good times ahead.

Watching the FBB prejudging. My new prediction:
1.    Andrea, wow. The champ is in a division of her own tonight. Legs are not as hard as the rest of her, but she has improved them even since the Phoenix I hear she had three leg days per week). Her glutes are a bit soft, and no longer the most massive on stage thanks to the other two ladies, but they are still pretty good. She also keeps refusing to flex her pecs, which annoys me. As for the rest: WOW. She dominates. Her back is now on a next level, easily beating back her challengers. Delts, biceps, triceps: they have always been next-level, and I think she purposefully avoids adding more size to them (just like to her pecs), maybe she's afraid they grow too fast and the rest of her body would have a hard time catching up... but damn, imagine growing them to their full potential!
2.    Anjie: great, with incredibly ripped quads (though they seem a tad smaller than at the Phoenix). Her glutes are competitive with (and arguably better than) Andrea's in size, and definitely in conditioning; I think legs are close (both having stronger and weaker aspects); unlike Andrea, she's not shy to show off her incredible pecs (still behind Andrea's at her 2021 best, though difficult to compare now). Her upper body is as clearly second best as Andrea's is first.
3.    Ashley: well, she didn't manage to dial it in this time, so she's not the threat I still think she would and will be when ripped. She's still wiping everyone off the stage with her back double biceps. Those glutes are as big as Anjie's and Andrea's combined. But her legs seem not only softer but also smaller than at the New York Pro, and she is just not sharp enough to show off those muscles properly. She seems confident on social media, expecting to win, which I understand, I mean, you don't go to a contest telling everyone you're gonna lose, but I do wonder if she realizes it's not realistic... I actually expected her to fight Andrea for the title and maybe even beat her, but it definitely looks like this is not the year.

What's you take on Sarah Villegas? She looks just as sharp as last year. Natalia looks like she lost some size in the legs. Her upper body looks good. She still doesn't do the ab & thigh pose too often. Big surprise how Zama Benta dropped from top three to 6th. She was much more shredded from Tampa and Texas. I think Sarah's gonna win this. I don't know what happened to Zama's back: just a few weeks ago they looked like the best in the sport... Natalia got too small, I agree.
