I remember her pairs routine with Gary Leonard at the mixed pairs championships and her posing practise videos...absolutely amazing!!

Kay recorded some of the most intense workout footage ever. What she put herself through to build that physique was incredible.

She was definetily a pioneer...I would say maybe her, Pillow and Alison were amongst the first competitive female bodybuilders to bring more shredded muscle to the stage.
