I can't remember all names, but there are a lot of brazilian FBB or fit girls having unreal quads
for sure it's genetic, but many Brazilian girls have got unreal legs and quads

Sharon Marvel, Natalia Murnikoviene, Heather Policy (Armburst), Joanne McCartney, and currently Kristina Nicole and Ariel Gale are my favs

Tina Lockwood, and she had the most amazing calves.

Lots of brazilian girls have big quads like Gal Ferreira or Anne Freitas.
