I am a little under 4 weeks out for competing @wbffentertainment. I compete because in the training I am able to find my center … focus on the basics and build on the woman I love … ME! I love the challenge of continuing to evolve. I am willing to break myself down in order to repair and grow in ways only fitness allows you to do. The internal development I get from training is what gives me the ability to know I can achieve, whatever I set my eyes on!
