Thanks for the feedback and while I use grammarly (I don't know if my wife does), when she wrote the concept for this in Stealing Muscle 2019-2020 and Old Wounds, New Scars in 2021 it was before ChatGpt even came out. I appreciate feedback but please be careful about lobbing accusations even if they are couched in positive words.
