How did she manage to get a Visa to Dubai despite having a criminal record?

Because its was plea agreement down to a misdemeanor that will be expunged from her record.  It varies by offense.

What has she done, I can't see in the posts? She took $100 from me for a Skype cam then claimed to not have Skype and forgot all about it.  Many scammers in the industry
