We had two photo/video sessions with Dawn in 1993, one in her awesome 5'5" 175 pound off-season weight and also when she was ripped at the Junior Nationals contest. For Astrid, all of her footage is in ripped contest shape. We lead off with Dawn and she shows off her strength in the gym, working her way up to a 300 pound bench press. Other lifts are shown including very heavy curls (how about 185 pounds?) and she also worked her way up to 1000 pounds for the leg press. In her off-season weight she then poses in two leotards and two dresses, and when ripped she hit her unreal shots in two dress items and a leotard. The final hour of this tape shows muscular size, density and definition rarely seen on a woman bodybuilder, and we are talking about Astrid. So, we have almost an hour of pure posing with her in a leotard and three great looking dress items, showing off her rock hard 16" biceps and the rest of her chiseled upper body and very good lower body as well. Two of the best women ever on one video!
