I'm surprised it isn't updated to reflect that she will need to take a pause for obvious reasons.

She's not going to be able to provide a session for months, yet here she is putting up a profile at this exact time. Why would anyone do that? Probably to try and secure some deposits.

Needless to say, run for the hills and avoid.

Agree and again I very empathetic to the sessioniate who retires and seems very happy with it only to return years later due ro life circumstances. I think once she gets back in shape and spends some recouping/bonding with her newborn, many guys would be interested in sessioning with Peighton. Again no reason to do this and ruin her reputation, just wait or even just say "currently I cannot do in person sessions but available for Skype or phone ones". She could get $$$ coming in that way, keep her privacy but also be honest and not threaten to ruin her reputation. Plenty of good sessioniates lost their reputation by bagging deposit money upfront with no intention of ever completing the session. Keri Specturm comes to mind with that.

I've been doing sessions for almost 25 years, and Peighton is full of it, and completely unpredictable based on my experience with her. My suggestion is stay away.

It is a odd situation and it does reek of desperation which again I emphasize with but there are other ways to go around it that maintains her privacy but also keeps her in good standing. Maybe Peighton doesn't care about about burning bridges knowing she isn't planning on staying in the scene.

I don't know who she is or anything about her past, but I don't think it's that big a deal to make a profile. She's not listing travel. Seems unlikely she's collecting deposits. Yeah it's probably a bit dishonest to put a bunch of old photos if you're not in shape anymore. If I had just had a kid and had money problems, I might think it'd be worth putting up a profile to at least see what kind of interest I might get and try to estimate whether this will be a viable path forward for me or if I have to find another job. Knowing that in advance is useful.

That is the thing though. Her past is a bit checkered. I ultimately had a great session with Peighton but still found some things odd. Some other guys I know had bigger issues with her. Peigton doesn't have the worst reputation in the sessioniate world but I wouldn't put up as one of the best either. So when you factor that in combined with what she is doing now, you must admit it looks shady. I do want to give her the benefit of the doubt as I emphasize with what she is going thru however I do think being a nit more upfront would be wise in this situation. Nothing wrong with gauging interest and seeing where she stands but I definitely think it be prudent to have a little disclaimer on there. Doesn't have to be very long or detailed and again her privacy can be protected. Just be something like, "slowly returning back to doing sessions and will most details soon when I'm ready to start booking!". I guess she can take appointments now but I would really be hesitant to give a deposit or at least make the deposits due closer to session time.


As one sessioniate taught me a long time ago, the sessioniate/schome relationship is at it's core a business one therefore it's a two way streets where sessioniates do need to look into what is best for their clients on top of themselves and make sure they are being upfront about not what services are being procided but also when. If she just had a kid then Peighton is not sessioning anytime soon and should let her potential clients know that. And Florida is a hotbed for sessioning as it's one some best ones are there and many of us schomes either travel for business and/or fun there in the winter. Therefore if she cannot session over the next few months then there are plenty of alternatives guys can go to instead. I'm sure if the roles were reversed, she like a few clients thrown her way if another sessioniate was unavailable for a few months.

If she's asking for a deposit and not ready to session yet, don't send the deposit. Don't even make an appointment if she's not ready yet. I don't like making appointments more than 3-4 weeks out anyway. But one shouldn't get upset if someone put up a profile and nothing more. I doubt she's going to take clients from others. If she's not available, she's not available, and the guy will email the next girl. Sending an email is not expensive. Our conversation in this thread is a bigger time sink than sending an email to someone else. Whether she has a checkered past or not, I'll let others evaluate that, I've never heard of her until this thread.

People may travel to her area, but the big bookings are when the sessionette is traveling. I can't speak to FL, but some I've talked to in LV and CA indicate this is the case for them, and many people travel to their area as well. (It's why so many have travel listed for the city they're in: it doesn't mean the SG is going to pay for the hotel. It's because they get almost no bookings when they're at home.) If she's not one of the best, that is probably why she might not get as many bookings, not because it's so egregious to put up a listing on a website. Her profile doesn't really say anything one way or the other, just a standard paragraph with a little fantasy talk.

I might add she does have a link to her OF as well. It can feel lame to spend money to decide whether to spend more, but checking out a girl's OF to see what she's like as a one-time $15 charge can filter out sessions that end up disappointing. If she also has an insta**** (which it looks like she does), you can even do the same for free.

She does have a OF but it hasn't been updated for a few months and both IG & Facebook are old pics pretty much. I do think if Peighton dedicated herself she be back in strong form quickly so perhaps by spring she will be updating things.

I am not on her OF so not sure. Her IG pics are indeed old (and infrequent) but she does have some stories. Perhaps she doesn't post them every day, I don't know. But at least today, you could get a decent picture of what she looks like.

Again Peighton has not posted on her OF page since early October for obvious reasons while her professional IG & Facebook accounts have older pictures. You need to be on her personal IG & Facebook pages in order to see what shape she currently is.

She just posted today.  You might be looking at pinned posts.  If you scroll down a bit you'll see she's been posting regularly. 

But...

The content isn't bad but certainly not current.  I subscribed to her page but the content is recycled from 5+ years ago.  I found it worth the one time charge to see it.
