As well as You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login but my point is why do they pick some videos over others? why not include them all? Identically, even the video sizes seem to differ from site to site, 2 hour videos from muscleville barely exceed 500-600MB whereas 1.5-2.5GB seems to be the minimum range for the SAME videos on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login!

Reverting back to the wpw-257 title which I alluded to earlier; the size of that video was 29FUCKIN GBs!!!  :-\ :what:  :hellno:

Nonetheless their site is in need of some major revamping/enhancing.....  :-X

You could buy the dvd and rip it yourself. There is a little hassle and some added cost for the software and such, but it's worked for me. I've ripped four or five videos so far.

honestly dude, at least buy some of their dvds...show some support, its expensive for wpw or any other
fbb video company to produce these videos and some of the proceeds might be going to the fbbs in the
form of royalties

demented20

I said I've ripped four or five dvd's... had to have them in my computer to do that.

DRF

where I'm from, these DVDs would most likely be confiscated long before I ever receive them. Nevertheless, there is something more important I want to touch on; how come all the [physical] DVDs on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login are uniformly priced at 24.95$ yet muscleville seems to have its uniform price jacked up to 39.95$ for all videos?

Note:- I haven't purchased any "physical" DVDs from these sites, so I'm hoping someone might shed some light here...

The folks at wpwmagazineonline run a pretty quick operation. They've got the mail order movie thing down to a science, so I'm guessing their costs are lower.

I would guess one of the reasons to stick with the old fashioned video tape is its pretty hard to illegally download them;thereby keeping their profit margin high and overhead low.If you wanna see it ya gotta pony up the cash!

WPW is a great company and has had most of the best fbbs work with them. However, the company has been sold and royalties to fbbs are non existent. That was never part of the gig as most of their best stuff was done pre-internet. Girls got a flat fee and the company either made or lost based on that. That was how it works.

Yes, the fact that videos are being stolen or ripped off has hurt the whole industry, but that was not an issue with most vids here...then. It is now, but they have good measures in place to reduce it. The people who steal videos actually harm the girls and the companies that sell them...thus ruining the future. Oh well seems to be the feeling of most of those people....me over the girls.

Second piece of bad news is there are so fewer muscle girls coming up. The huge ones are few and far between. The fitness types are still out there in bulk. Much less roid use and there is no reason to get as big. FBbing offers no money any longer and there is little opportunity for the big fbb. Thus the days of Gina Davis, Karla Nelson, Sharon Marvel, and the godd looking and huge fbbs is winding on down for now. Only a couple left and most of them are much smaller.

Not sure on wpwmo, but musclevilles videos are only 480x360 as far as I've seen. Whereas wpwmax (and, i think, wpwmo) are 640x480 - that explains the size difference between sites.

Pretty sure wpwmax was digitising just the best selling wpw videos, before starting on the whole RM series.

Something obviously went wrong with that. Maybe it's the raw uncompressed digital footage?

do anyone know if wpw and ray martin sometimes do voice-overs in their videos?

and if they do, is it the voice of the fbb starring in the video?

autechre

They do often have the fbb speaking on camera, but no voice overs that i've heard.

:thanks: for the reply,

that's what i thought but sometimes it seems the audio is
a little off sync with the video in some of the downloaded vids

Actually it is quite possible that the audio doesn't sync with the video(There are lots of ways this can happen in conversion or capture.), its generally easy to fix in playback in most of the add in players such as VLC, media player classic(Not from Microsoft just a similar name.), etc.

Microsoft players generally have the options too but often its hidden and a pain in the ass to set.  I remember having to setup pifs with command line options to load un-sync'd vids last time I messed with microsoft's crap player.

I started using VLC a while ago and never mess with microsofts media player(s) anymore.

For instance VLC, has the option in the "preferences", "audio", make sure to select "advanced options" at the bottom, then find "Audio desynchronization compensation", you can set a positive number in milliseconds to move the sound forward to sync if sound is behind(Late.), and a negative number to sync if sound is ahead(Early.).

Most players have something similar, most have it in the prefs/options but some fancier ones have menu items for audio with sync options.

If you can't find the option or setting in your video player, mention your player here and I'm sure one of us has it and will be able to tell you where the option is.

the audio seems in sync with the video for the most parts its just
an instance here or there where it seems very slightly off

What can happen if the audio is only a tiny bit out of sync is the audio will seem to be in sync and then slowly get out of sync.   But the are also problems in encoding that can cause variable sync problems, most of the time this can be caused by either too slow of hardware, too little ram, or too high of compression, also software and hardware settings can be involved in the encoding problems.

I should have also mentioned in my last message that you could be running into hardware or software problems where your machine is not able to keep up with the decoding of the video.

Also another item I should also have mentioned was back ground tasks can interfere with video playback, try shutting off any back ground tasks, including some tray apps, your not using while playing videos.

You can change options in your video player and often fix some of both these kinds of playback problems.

And I should have also mentioned that it could be a codec issue if your using microsoft media player.
