I don't think anybody on this site has a problem with not stepping on snails, but we do have a problem with someone who agrees to do it and then steals a deposit.  You are basically saying that you have no problem with stealing a deposit after a wrestler says she will do something.  She is a crook and should give the deposit back.

Either way, at least 15 people have contacted me saying they will not book a session with her now after previously planning to do so.   So not only does Amber lose out on those session funds, but she will continue to lose business as long as my blog is up and any repeat business.

If she thinks what she has done is good business practice or ethical to capitalize on a quick $250.00 then she is sadly mistaken.   

The sooner she corrects this wrong, the sooner she can go back to being an honorable wrestler.

I'm not RW and I do run the wb270 site.   And I don't suck up to Amber Black, who is quite pretty, but is in my experience something of a pain to deal with, and not the brightest star in the sky. 

Still, my sympathies are with Amber here, and I'm glad she won't crush snails so somebody can get his rocks off watching a pretty girl crush small animals.  And in fact there is a US Federal Law that "makes it a crime to sell or distribute videos showing animals being intentionally crushed, burned, drowned, suffocated, impaled, or otherwise subjected to serious bodily injury. It exempts depictions of veterinary and husbandry practices, the slaughter of animals for food, as well as depictions of hunting, trapping or fishing." You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login for the purpose of connecting men with women who will do wrestling, martial arts, boxing and similar kinds of sessions with men.  I let women advertise other services, but won't add women who don't do some kind of wrestling, MA, boxing and the like.  I don't charge anything for listings, and the site is an effective place for women to advertise, so I have to limit who I will list or I'd have no time to make a living or even sleep.

I wouldn't let anybody advertise to do crush videos on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login, even if it weren't illegal: it's patently disgusting.  And I won't get involved in disputes involving much of anything other than wrestling, boxing or MA sessions with a man.  If you are a photographer or a "producer" and use You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to find actors or models and have a problem with them, don't complain to me, I don't care.  If you pay a girl on my list to do any kind of video for you and she doesn't deliver, don't complain to me, I don't much care, although I might remove anything from her profile that offers to make or sell video or do video sessions.  If you have a problem with a girl involving crush videos (or anything else that is illegal) don't complain to me. 

If you have a serious problem with a girl involving a wrestling session, such as taking a deposit and then refusing to do the session as agreed or return the deposit, then I may be able to help you, if you can really prove the facts of the case to me or if the woman does not contest them.  If it's serious enough I'll try and investigate and if I can reach a clear decision about who is right and who is wrong (which is often very hard to do - I'm not the FBI), then I may either suggest to the girl that I think it would be wise to do something (which sometimes has an effect) or tell her to refund the money or I'll remover her from the list.  If I make a threat, I will carry it out.  There are women who I see complaints about on SARADAS who used to be on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and are no longer listed there, for that reason.

Amberscammer, save your idiotic self righteous indignation for someone more deserving.  Bill that runs wb270 does it as a service and he is perfectly capable of deciding what he will and will not have on his site.  I had one dealing with him when a women kept a deposit, sent him the info just like he says in his response and he did the appropriate thing and took her off his list.
If you do not like how he does business, then get off your ass and start your on site.  If not, then start your on snail crushing-bleeding heart-judgmental jack-ass website.

I once sent Amber a $100 deposit for a wrestling session well in advance and hurried through an appointment to make it there on time. When I called her, she told me she decided to cancel her entire trip due to an injury. She did not have the professional courtesy to inform me in advance, and I invalidated the cheque which was postdated. (This was several years ago when you could still claim to not have a paypal account.) She may have intended to keep the deposit, but she didn't make the effort to deposit the cheque. Maybe she's disorganized as well as unprofessional.

She canceled on me without notice a second time, saying (when I called her hotel room) that someone else booked her for two hours, and that was more important to her than keeping our appointment.

Do not ask me why I booked another session with her. I guess it's because I 'm a slow learner. When I met her later, it was a huge let down. She put very little effort into it. She is very big, and she used her weight to hold me down. It was semi-competitive (where you are put in holds that you try to escape from).

Regarding snails, many gardeners consider them to be pests, and poison them or crush them. While I don't sympathize with a snail-crushing fetish, I recognize that very few people would sympathize with my enjoyment of being overpowered by a woman. Amber Scammer, please don't take this as validation of your attitude or think in any way that my story about Amber makes me sympathetic to you. I want to warn people that she is unprofessional in her tendency to cancel without notice. But you seem to be very insulting towards others who express horror or revulsion towards your proposed video, calling them wankers or writing about your disgust for gays or gay sex or whatever your point was. I find that to be more reprehensible than your desire to see snails be crushed.

I think it's fair to say that a lot of us don't condone animal cruelty.  As much as I would like to carry on with the crusade, I don't think that's the point.

He contacted her requesting a specific service (doesn't matter how repulsive it is).  She reportedly agreed to perform this service and received a deposit towards this.  She seemed to be all in until she received the deposit.   She then had a change of heart and decided against it.  There's no problem with changing your mind.   We all do this.  The honorable thing to do would be to refund the deposit.   Just because Amber refused to perform a service that some of us find revolting doesn't mean that she should site her disgust at the act as an excuse for doing so.   

I don't disagree with WBs point that this arguement falls out of the realm of what he promotes on his site.  I also don't have a problem with her voicing his opinions on the matter. 

I've read multiple threads that go back and forth about how session providers flake on guys after receiving deposits and/or how guys make and fail to meet session appointments leaving ladies to eat the cost of a tour causing them to come out on the negative end of the ledger.

Simple rules we should all follow to make things a lot easier.  Honor you transactions.  If the deal falls through because of you, do the professional thing.  It's plain as day.

Moe - My apologies also.  I only read the first line of your post before I reacted.  I'm so use to people judging me and i'm sick of it.  We all have different desires.  Lets just accept each other for who we are.  No snail is more important than a human being.

As for the rest of your post, I agree 100%.   Unfortunately women like Amber do the whole fraternity a disservice.  She still has the opportunity to pay back the money.

This whole debate about so many un-returned has always had me wondering if we should ever agree to pay them at all.  Of course it limits the women we see but the flip side to that it enough men agree not to pay a deposit, it also limits the places where the women can travel.

I believe that if a women takes a deposit from the man, she has in part, made a commitment that she should live up to.  Now I appreciate that the unexpected could happen and if it has, the women should return the deposit immediately.  It is the right thing to do.  And if she has already spent it, then I'm afraid it's tough luck.  After all, when we pay a deposit, we accept that we have made a commitment and if for any reason we have to cancel the session, we expect to lose that deposit.

I do hope that Amber does the right thing, because I have read reviews where people rate her quite highly.

I have seen her twice. What you have heard is correct. For the 1st session it was semi-comp, turned into more fantasy as she is not super strong it a great wrestler. 2nd session was a scissor session 2 years later. Her attitude improved, being more client focused. I think she is best for more dom related sessions, but don't have experience of this.
