Forget about soccer practice. Chris climbed up the stairs to his room and locked himself in. He was hurt. Physically, yeah, his ribs were hurting and so was his neck. He was pretty sure he had pulled a muscle on his leg too. Or should he say, his mother pulled a muscle on his leg. But mostly, Chris was hurt mentally. He had never realized he could get his butt kicked like it had just happened. And on top of that, it wasn't a senior linebacker from his high school who did it. It was his 42 year old mom. It was, for sure, a humbling experience. Annie had handled him in every aspect he could think about. She could curl more than him. She absolutely creamed him in armwrestling. And she wiped the floor with him when he tried to wrestle her.
From that day on, Chris started to pay more attention to her. And noticing how athletic and physically gifted she was. All the energy his mom had. How she handled taking care of the house, two kids, a husband and herself. All within a 24 hour span. And then repeat, day after day. Chris admired her even more now. He understood the beating that she gave him was a necessary lesson. But it was also fuel to his inner bonfire. He wanted to be as strong as her. Stronger. There is a moment on every boy's life when he wants to beat his old dad at something. Hoops. Running. Anything. Chris' goal now was beating his mom in armwrestling.
And so he got into a more strict schedule. He worked out, he ate right, he played his soccer, and he studied. That was it. For the next 4 months or so, he did everything right. And it payed off. Although he wasn't ripped by all means, Chris got bigger. His proud biceps now stood tall, on the verge of 15 inches flexed. He knew they were impressive. His chest had grown thicker, and his legs were stronger than ever.
Yet, Chris wasn't sure if he could handle his mother just now. He knew she too had been getting stronger and bigger. In fact, for all he could tell, she had even been more compromised to it than him. He saw big jars of protein supplements and vitamin pills over the kitchen counter, and assumed Annie was taking them daily. He also noticed some new equipment and more plates have been delivered to the garage gym. It was clear that Annie was taking this whole thing seriously.
As summer approached, Chris was frustrated. Apparently the ass-whooping his mother gave him did something else to his mind. He lacked the confidence to just challenge her outright again. What if he loses? What if she was still stronger than him? And, even worse, what if she had grown even more strong? There was no way he could deal with that. Then he came up with an idea. He should start with somebody weaker. And he had just the perfect target for it

Kimmy had always been a fit girl. She was in the gymnastics team up until she was 14, when she decided to quit. Chris knew she had always had a lean and muscled body, due to her sport, but he always saw her as a strong girl, and that was it. Now Kimmy was on the verge of turning 16, and despite his mother's words about how she could handle the armwrestling match better than Chris, that was six months ago. It was not possible that she could beat him now.
It was a Friday night and mom and dad were out to dinner. This gave Chris the perfect opportunity to test his strength before challenging Annie. Chris went to his room and did a few push ups before taking out his t-shirt. He wanted to impress Kimmy. Then, silently, he walked to her room. It's not like he wanted to sneak up on her, but he could use a little surprise by showing up with all his macho-male muscles on display.
Kimmy's door was semi-opened. Chris pushed it up a little and froze. Kimmy had her back to the door, and was apparently recording herself with her phone, that stood on her desk. But what paralyzed Chris was Kimmy's actions. She was posing, but those were not regular poses. Those were...
'bodybuilding poses' Chris thought to himself.
Kimmy had a skimpy blue bikini on, and as Chris ran his eyes through her back figure, he almost fainted. Kimmy wasn't huge by any means, and that was probably why he never noticed this before, but she had by far the most ripped and defined body Chris had ever laid eyes on. Every muscle on Kimmy's back jumped out, every crevice very noticeable, every muscle protruding proudly. Kimmy stroke a lat spread pose with her arms on her side and Chris let out a small gasp.
'My God... her back is so wide it's double her waist' he thought.
As Kimmy turned sideways to the camera and flexed her triceps at it, Chris watched her legs. They were very thick, compared to her waist, and insanely cut. Every muscle on Kimmy's quad bulged beautifully when she moved. Her calves were diamond shaped, and even when looked at from the front you could see them making their way through both sides of her leg.
Finally, Kimmy went another quarter circle, now facing the door. She was getting ready to shoot a double bicep rear pose when her eyes crossed with Chris'.
Lowering her arms, she screamed
"Chris! What the hell are you doing here?"
Taken by surprise and scared, Chris started babbling
"I... erm... s-sorry, Kimmy..."
Kimmy walked towards him and pulled the door wide open. Chris now had a full view of her little sister's body. Her abs were so defined they could have been carved in marble. The deepenings and muscles all danced while she walked and talked. A powerful 8-pack that could put any Hollywood actor's to shame.
"What do you want?" her voice was silky and calm, but there was a fiery anger in her grayish blue eyes
"I'm... nothing, I... you..." Chris was still shocked. He noticed that despite having almost none breast tissue, Kimmy's chest was big and thick. The valley between her pecs was deep enough she could probably hide a pencil there.
"What?" Kimmy's voice was a bit threatening now
Chris had lost all his confidence. Even though he might actually be stronger than her, her figure dared him to try and find that out.
"You look..." was all he could say
Kimmy smiled "Yeah, I do" she rose her arms and stroke a double bicep pose. Chris just gawked at the sight. Kimmy's softball sized biceps jumped out, the muscle fibers on them gathering up into steel balls of muscle, so hard that even with his eyes Chris could tell there was no way he could dent them with his hands. Kimmy's forearms were just as thick, sinewy and full of veins. Her soulders, fully capped, rose too as she flexed her biceps, the striations on them guiding Chris' eyes towards her thick neck.
"Surprised, brother?" there was and evil grin on her face that scared Chris. Right now, he was afraid she might ask him to armwrestle. Or even worse, she could decide to beat him up just like his mother had done.
"Y-yeah... how...?" his voice was shivering. He was scared as he'd ever been, but he couldn't help but finding Kimmy's body the most exquisite, gorgeous thing he had ever seen in his life.
"How do you think? Discipline" Kimmy walked past him and closed the door behind them. Chris watched as every muscle on Kimmy's body barely moved at each step. She was as solid as it gets "And, of course, a little genetics, I guess" Kimmy turned herself back to Chris, her hands on her hips
"W-what... what do you mean?" Chris took 2 steps back
"Well...." Kimmy walked closer to her brother. She was a good 4 inches shorter, but it didn't matter right now "Mom told me about your little altercation a few months ago" Chris was against the wall, and Kimmy was within inches from him "I guess in this family muscles run on the women"
Chris stared away from Kimmy's eyes into her neck and traps. From the upper angle, he noticed how thick they were, and how they jumped out from her back. He wished he had traps like those. He always thought of them as the ultimate muscle to show off.
Chris remembered the beating his mother gave him. This was the final proof her lesson was learned. Months ago, he'd be challenging and defiant, but not anymore. Maybe not out of respect as much as out of fear, but he would admit the obvious. Kimmy's muscles put his to shame. He was a big teenager, but she looked like a freaking bodybuilder. There was no denying.
"Y-yeah, Kimmy... it looks like it. You sure look amazing" He finally spoke, lowering his eyes
Kimmy smiled and backed away from him.
"Thanks, Chris. Your support means a lot to me. So... do you like it?" She grabbed her right wrist with her left hand and flexed viciously her chest. The fibers on her pectoral muscles started dancing
"Y-yeah... I... I wish I had muscles like yours, Kimmy"
She giggled "I bet you do... I gotta tell you, I wasn't sure how people would react... then one of these days I went to the park for a little jog and took my t-shirt off, cause it was too hot. I swear to you, I was stopped by at least half a dozen people complimenting me. And I wasn't even pumped"
"I... I believe... you look.... you look huge, Kimmy"
Kimmy approached Chris and hugged him, pulling him off the ground while doing it. Chris felt her phytonic embrace. Kimmy seemed to be doing this effortlessly. Chris was trapped into his younger sister's mighty muscles.
"Thanks, Chris! This really means a lot to me" she said, putting him down
"So... w-why?"
Kimmy blushed
"Well... actually, it started as a regular keep fit after quitting gymnastics thing, you know. me and mom started working out together. Then, as she started getting stronger, my competitiveness joined the party. I wanted to be as strong as her, to look as muscular as she does... and from there, well..." she raised her arms and flexed her biceps again. If anything, they looked even bigger now
"Wow..."
"Then, about 3 months ago I found out about a junior bodybuilding contest near, talked to mom and she agreed I'd participate. So... there's that"
Chris was feeling dizzy. Did Kimmy just told him she'd be participating on a bodybuilding contest?
"I... I see..."
"Yeah... the contest is next week... and... Chris?"
"Yeah?"
"Mom would take me there, but... it would mean a lot to me if you'd be there too, you know?"
"I... s-sure... sure, Kimmy. I'll be there"
"Thanks, you're the best!" Kimmy again hugged Chris forcefully, this time squeezing him even more. Chris was out of breath
"K-kimmy... you're... hurting me..."
She giggled, putting him down again
"Sorry. I sometimes forget I'm stronger than average..."
"it's... it's ok... so... good... good night, Kimmy" Chris needed to get away from there.
"Good night brother"

As Chris opened Kimmy's room door, he remembered something
"Huh... Kimmy?"
"Yeah?"
"So... you told me you wanted to be as strong as mom..." how'd he put that? "Are.. are you?"
Kimmy giggled again
"Well, I was getting there. I could hold her in armwrestling for over a minute, but then this competition came along, and I had to change my routine, you know. Right now, I don't think mom has any one close to her on the strength department on this house, not even dad"
"Why... why you say that?"
"Are you kidding me? Mom is as strong as a bull. I'm not sure if she's ever tried, but I bet she can bench press more than 225"
"Oh... I... I see..." Chris lowered his eyes as he remembered he maxed out at 195 "Well... good night"
"Night, brother. And... you should take steps if you want to get back at her, you know..." she giggled "maybe you could start by trying to take me. But let's leave that to after my competition, alright? I gotta tell you... I'm a little curious too"
"Curious... with what?"
"Well... With what these can do against you" And Kimmy stroke a crab pose, causing her muscles to jump out in a clear demonstration of raw strength. "But don't worry, I'll be gentle"

We can imagine the humiliation of that mismatch just as well as Chris can.

For example, a younger sister skipping grades ahead of the brother.  Or a wife being given advanced managerial training.  Mixed in with the physical defeat.
