Because I've seen her and she was about 5'8 205 and couldn't do that many lifts except for like 2-3 and she even admits herself she isn't that strong for her size. For her size you'd expect WAY more strength and it wasn't there. Loved my session with her but. It as strong as she looks for sure. Sexy as hell tho

I met Kayla Woods about 2 years ago. It was a great session, but she isn't one of the biggest session providers available. Her physique is very impressive, with nice muscle showing everywhere, especially her big biceps and wide shoulders. But she looked quite slim in her street clothes, more like a model rather than a bodybuilder.

There's COVID-19 going on. Kinda logical that Miss Monrow isn't always replying to emails. In fact, that's what more women should do: avoid wasting time on emails that aren't leading to a sessions on short notice. Even when it's clients that have booked before. Miss Monrow isn't in the States; there's no end in sight of this pandemic yet, so why do so many people keep emailing European FBBs with the "when will you be traveling to the USA again" (or vice versa "European guys emailing USA women the questions "when will you come to Europe?").

They all should pull a "Arekah" and not answer anything, unless it directly leads to a session.

Rapture is stronger than she looks (she looks strong anyway). The thing with few fbbs is that they don't have functional strength. That's why you see smaller women sometimes beat them at armwrestling or lift&carry heavier people.

I can confidently say, Rapture would be stronger for a lift and carry session over Irene Andersen. Rapture has a video lifting a woman overhead who is 5'10 and 170. That ain't easy shit!

Some fbb have very weak functional strength. I definitely agree with that ! Work out each muscle and body part without moving and using the body functionally does not give a lot of real strength, sometimes. Some have very weak balance, some very weak coordination and motricity.
Some small girls (Sunfire was surprisingly strong, for example) can be stronger than big fbb.
But Irene Andersen had a powerlifter background. I have experienced her strength and it was mind-blowing. It was 8 years ago, so maybe she is not so strong anymore. She is not young and at her age, she may have lost a lot of her muscular strength.
