I believe she was indeed too big for phisyque.
But OMG she looked AMAZING! I loved her.
And in amazing condition. So sexy veins.

Regardless of the placings, what a show the women put on! Many FBB contests display far less muscle.

Geraldine looked fantastic, but I would have been stunned if she had placed high. The judges would have sent a message out that Physique is replacing FBB, but they are desperate that this does not happen.
Geraldine is one of those athletes that is stuck in a no woman's land. Too small to dent the big FBB's, to big and muscular for Physique.
We have to be content that, she did in fact probably blow her competition away, but was not in the right contest.

I hope the top conditioned women continue to compete like this in Physique, just for the enjoyment of being on stage, not for the placings. Certainly, a crowd pleaser.

The worst option would be for Geraldine and others to just give up, we will be deprived of seeing  some great athletes.

All reminds me of the "Bev Francis Effect" and much more recently, Lindsey Spitler. Too far ahead of their time, in the Physique world.

She looked much better in her last contest. But her placing is still the same. It seems this poor women can't get a break from the judges.
