Unbelievably strong.

Dawn is still 'un-Riehl' even in her off-season shape. She leads off with some very heavy lifting in the gym, and although she is most known for her impressive upper body, she does some very heavy leg presses in the gym. After that, videographer Tony Duffy led her through posing scenes in several outfits, including some with a sports car as a backdrop, then an interview. In addition, Dawn was still doing her 'odd lifts' and there is a scene where she was bench pressing one of her fans !   DVD runs 1 1/2 hours.
