Personally, I really like this question. Feels like something I would do if I was suddenly a multimillionaire.

The  characteristics I would look for in a woman in this situation would be: intelligent, hugely muscled and looking to get bigger, attractive, highly sexual, and shares my kinks  or is at least very open-minded sexually.

First choice is Lisa Cross.  This one is easy. I've watched interviews, I've had cam sessions with her, I've seen her website, and I've read her book.  She checks all the boxes.

It is just my personal experience, and probably a question of taste, or at least subjectivity, but Lisa Cross was one of my worst sessions ever (It's been a long time I don't count anymore, but I have done over 200 sessions in the past 28 years) and probably my worst disappointment, as, like you, I was expecting a lot.
Both her physique (way too artificial) and her behavior and personality were huge disappointments!
