Few women, had the complete package like Diana did...she had a beautiful face, amazing back, glutes and legs, ripped abs, great skin (believe it or not, often overlooked) tone, and an elegance seldom seen in the sport. The grace and poise of a gymnast or dancer. Absolutely one of my all time favorites!

I agree.   She made history

When womens' bodybuilding came into vogue in the 80's we really had no role model for artistic female posing.  We could leaf through Muscle and Fitness or Iron Man and see some gentleman posing...yes.   Then came  Diana Dennis..... a pioneer for us in the arena of artistic imaginative female  posing.  ( Cory Everson and Carla Dunlap as well, I might add)  However for the decade Dianna Dennis competed and then for the decades after that, she consistently lifted the bar in the art of female posing.  For that alone ( not to mention the many many years of her presentations in uber-fit condition) she deserves a star on the FBB walk of fame !
Double thumbs up for Dianna !!

No mention of her 6th place finish as a heavyweight in the 1983 American or her taking the heavyweight division at the 1983 NPC event where Everson finished second and McKean third. Nor is there mention, or was there, of her winning the 1983 American Mixed Pairs title with Kevin Lawrence.

This is the picture that lead me to purchase mi first fbb magazine. Such beauty and serene display of power. No flexing, just standing there showing her back, shoulders and chest. Okay, I'm pretty sure is oil what covers her, but still...

K+ for you for finding this picture.

One of the best of all time!

One of the best of all time!

Agree.  She elevated the display of muscle groups to a fine art of expression in motion.  (the stills weren't bad either...!!!!) PLUS, she stuck with it for years and years.  Hats off to her !

Is she on face book or insta****?
