I posted in my other thread but apparently some only read this one... So...
I am done with weight lifting for quite awhile.
I injured my knee and during xrays found out I have advanced arthritis in my patella (knee cap) and will be needing a knee replacement. The Dr has advised me I need to lose some weight before I can be cleared for the surgery. So.. This is my mission now even though I have a leg I can hardly stand to walk on or put the pressure of my weight on.
