Started to look into deepfakes.

First the first attempt I just wanted to see if I could make it work, so it was a rush job - results are not smooth, but now I know how it works hopefully future ones will be better.

BTW, which toolchain are you working with?

Am using DeepFaceLab 2.0 - that first attempt was just me trying to work out all the software, and see if my hardware could handle it - only gave it about 10 hours of processing time.
Am working on the next attempt, and trying to give it the time it needs to do a proper job -  so it will be a couple of weeks or so.

If anyone has any suggestions of good matches - where the source and target model have similar face shape/skin tone/hair, then let me know  ;)

Deepfakes are tricky - takes 2 weeks to see if the results are any good  :angry:

Trying to work on longer seamless video, but in the meantime here are 3 gifs - I think they work ok, but as always, feedback is welcome.
