In 2017 your fit-vid starts with quad machine - full stack and full stack + bands. You bend the machine with your strength!
I love your GIFS of one arm pull downs. We do not see the weights, but I know it will be full stack - fantastic.
More video please - show what you are lifting and add those extras. Your top with the open shoulders is ooooooo so sexy xx.
