I don't know, but I agree some of them look photoshopped. Usually when there's some kind of blur in only one part of the image it indicates there has been some photoshop enhancement.

Two examples but there are many others. Here we can see the blur (as tookool said) around the shoulders and thighs (making the background elements from that area blurry too). They are just little and unnecessary attempts of add more size. Soon (maybe) she will realize that this isn't needed.
