Could be, but something still doesn't seem right about that? I emailed her about what would've been a local session for her while also providing references, yet she never implied I could've met her at her place. Also, if she knows he's a blockhead, why even leave open the possibility he could show up by hosting a client?
As for the rest of this, it's such a mess. If she did meet again with him in private that shows hugely poor judgment on her part and not just because she was told not to, I can't imagine anyone I've ever dated wanting anything to do with someone who got physical with a guest in her home. I really hope she can manage to get out of this somehow.

The fact that they're in the same car after this violent episode at her house is. . . certainly iffy, but not in itself proof of guilt.

I have sympathy for TP since she didn't start this whole thing, unless you want to make the point she's got bad taste in men. Her big problem is they were caught in her mother's car. If there's nothing wrong with her car, that's going to be difficult to explain without making it look like concealment.

I’m not one to judge anyone on who they date and who they are in a relationship with, but when your boyfriend is the subject of an attempted murder investigation, you yourself are charged with accessory after that fact, and after all that you announce to the world that you’re now engaged to said guy, that just can’t bode well for her from a legal perspective.

I have sessioned with her as well, and while I reflect what others said about her being very nice and accommodating, at the end of the day we really don’t know these ladies.

Yah know, I could buy that the meeting with the BF was pure happenstance and that she had been traveling on tour the 2 days prior. It's a stretch, but I could buy it. However, when we have stuff like the following . . .

Her case is just toast. Just wow. I would really like to bat for TP on this one, but she's pretty screwed if that's true. I can only imagine what kind of text messages/phone calls the detective will get a hold of if she exercised THAT level of poor judgment. Needs to ditch the BF and make a deal with the prosecutor to testify against the BF. Granted, there'd still be the following problem:

I wanna say 3-4 weeks ago. The guy basically said he fought for his life against her BF. It was probably this guy...

From the sound of things, this dude the BF beat the crap out of was not just a friend playing cards, but a client and the jealous BF may very well have walked in on something more than a card game. If I'm the BF and I see TP testifying against me, you better believe I'm gonna sing like a canary on what was really going on.

Was trying to think of how many of those I've met this is true for and decided around 4 out of every 10 fall under the category of 'from what I know something about her life seems fundamentally weird.' My first instinct was 70% but it came down the more I thought about it.

I dunno, I kind of doubt it was a session client who got beat up. Its a plausible theory that he walked in on a session , but to me there's no way her BF would be oblivious to the fact that she does sessions and makes money from them.  If she did a few sessions here and there UTR, then it's possible she could keep that away from him, but she toured a pretty good amount and obviously put in a lot of time to session in.

I hope it works out for TP and she can resume her life as she knew it. Nice lady who I met once for a session, but you can't be surprised that a lot of women in general seem to have that type of taste in men.

Reminds me of the war machine- christy Mack situation if anyone is familiar- war machine was a mma fighter dating christy Mack pornstar- only difference was he beat up the guy and her - believe he received lengthy sentence - don’t want to speculate on tapered ‘a case- but accessory after the fact has to be actively assisting in him avoiding arrest - not sure if just being in car with him would count - has to be something more - they don’t really need her testimony - just the victim’s

Hopefully not involved but poor judgment at best - it’s hard to be a fugitive - eventually they are going to find you - better to turn yourself in - maybe if you are Whitey Bulger and can live on years of cash or have the means to leave the country - but otherwise you are going to get caught

Thanks for doing the detective work SoulPlane. As much as I was curious as to what is going on, I'm kind of sorry I asked. Hate to see a woman have to go through an ordeal like this due to having poor judgement regarding her choice of a boyfriend. Especially when they have worked hard to build a reputation as a top professional in all their fields. Sad to see so much of what TaperedPhysique has been building destroyed over her choice in a man.

Did a bunch of sleuthing on this this morning. Am not going to reveal any names or where she lives as she deserves the utmost privacy. And for the record, I have not discussed this with TP and am merely someone who has sessioned with her multiple times in the past.

I managed to pull up her the arrest warrant taken out by the detectives provided on the court website.  Apparently, she is being accused of being an accessory after the fact to attempted second degree murder. Her boyfriend got in a fight with another guy and that guy received serious injuries. Having overhead the fight and having feared for her safety, TP locked herself in the bedroom while her boyfriend fled before the police could arrive. The police questioned TP and asked her why she didn't call the cops herself. TP said she was afraid and kept herself hidden for that very reason. The detective allegedly told her that if he sees her try to aid her boyfriend in any way, he will take a warrant out against her. TP said she understood. A couple weeks later, police allegedly saw TP and her boyfriend in the same car and took a warrant out against her for aiding and abetting him. Bond was set at $50,000.

Sounds the like the cops are trying to get her to flip on her boyfriend in order to assure that he gets convicted. In exchange for her testimony, they'll probably offer a sweetheart plea deal.

And before anyone ask, I will NOT provide any further information.  TP is a very good woman, does not deserve to have her name dragged through the mud and needs all the support she can get. If anyone can find it in their hearts to chip in to her legal defense, I believe she would appreciate it. From the look of her online court records, she simply has a court appointed attorney at the moment (who sill probably just tell her to plea guilty).

Are you sure it is the same guy? I'm with you, if this is in fact the same guy it doesn't bode well for her future. Hope she has good legal council and maybe someone to talk some sense into her regarding the men in her life.

She is afraid of him? Sooooooo lets get married.  Makes perfect sense. This guy who is not only going back to jail, but since he is a gang member she risks putting herself in the line of any fire he might draw (and I mean that in both ways). Like that fitness competitor a few years ago. I used to feel bad for women when they hooked up with a guy like this (thug, abuser, cheater). But since most go in with their eyes wide open, I just shake my head

What gets me is that TP is smart, attractive and is as sweet as apple pie. Someone else commented that we don't know these women when we do these sessions. That's true, but if she was faking her kind and sweethearted nature, she is one hell of an actress, needs to ditch this session thing and go to Hollywood! My point is that she can do way better than some gang banger with anger issues. It's certainly none of my business who she dates, but I've seen this tendency with a lot of women and shake my head every time. I get why it's a turn on for a lot of women and further get that a lot of young men these days are spineless, lazy and sorry as hell (and don't even get me started on that topic), but I think that when your BF beats the hell of someone to the point of attempted second degree murder simply because he is "jealous", it's time to delete his contacts, take out an order of protection against him and stay the hell away from him. If you see someone like that drowning in the lake, you can rest assured that if you try to jump in and save him, he is gonna pull you down with him every time.

Anyways, enough of my preaching. Am going back to obsessing over muscle girls!

Damn, he seems like quite the catch, LOL.

It's unfortunate. I remember her social media profile from a few years back. She was the mother of 3 clean cut kids. Seemed to have her life in order. I definitely wouldn't have envisioned her with a guy with this kind of rap sheet, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the taste in men a lot of women seem to have.

I hope it all works out for her, but I don't think it bodes well for anyone who has this kind of guy for a life partner.
