I agree with the other posts that suggest treating her like a normal person. Treating someone as a person first can make a good impression on anyone. These days, there are many people who prefer to live in the fantasy world for whatever reasons. Treating someone like a human will show that you have substance and look for substance which is why it will be a good first impression and lead to a healthy relationship.

She's a woman so just approach her like you would any other woman. You wouldn't walk up to another woman in your office and say "Hey nice rack". Just ask her to coffee or something. If she says no let it go and discreetly admire from afar

she's married and it's the workplace.  use common sense.  let it nourish your fantasy life.  do sessions if the itch still lingers.

If it were me, I'd keep things professional and avoid commenting on her body directly.

The reality is that you're talking about a coworker (and a manager from another department), not someone in a fitness or session environment where that kind of conversation is expected. Even a comment that feels harmless like "you look like you work out" can be interpreted very differently depending on the person.

That doesn't mean you can't talk about fitness if it comes up naturally. If you're discussing hobbies, weekend plans, stress relief, etc., mentioning that you enjoy training or are heading to the gym after work is completely normal. If she's into fitness, she may chose to continue that conversation herself.

Personally, I'd focus on getting to know her as a colleague first. You may discover she's heavily into training, or you may discover that she just has naturally impressive genetics and doesn't think much about it at all.

Also, speaking as someone who appreciates muscular women, I've learned that there's a big difference between noticing someone is attractive and acting on that observation. Sometimes the smartest move is simply to appreciate what you saw and keep the interaction professional.

Who knows—after a few meetings, fitness may come up naturally and you'll find out whether she's a serious lifter, former athlete, or something else entirely. Until then, I'd avoid making comments about her physique and stick to normal workplace conversation.
