Getting back in shape after her 1st baby.
Hope she can re-create her former self.

Chya girl is slowly coming back. If you’ve been following my stories this week, you already know this mama started hitting the gym again. I never stopped training, but training at home, despite my good little set up, is just not the same. The goal is to go to the gym 2-3x/week and continue training at home the other days. But ya’ll, I’m so happy to be back. I missed the gym. I missed the vibes, I missed seeing new faces, the variety of equipment, the ability to push heavier weight and the soreness/satisfaction that comes along with that. I am already feeling so much more like myself - don’t get me wrong, I LOVE being a mom, but I realized I have indeed been putting myself on the back burner and that’s not the goal. - I can be Ava’s mom AND the Annie we all remember. Today, I’m hella sore, but loving every minute of it. I’m already eating a more sustainable amount of nutritious calories and my water intake has gone up. 1 week and it’s already done that for me. Who’s ready to see Annie come back?

MeMeMe!!, so sad she's lost so much form-having said that, it's to be expected to some extent when you have a baby.
Looks like she's doing a bit of modelling but it was so sad to see those stretch marks on her chest where solid pecs were previously-in the white lingure pic above!!

She's working on getting her mass built back, but it's only been a year since the newbie.
