Throwback Thursday!! shots taken 14 yrs apart- 2003-2017. It's all about patience which Unfortunately seems very rare today. Building a world class Physique takes TIME, DEDICATION & HARD WORK. Many people seem to want everything yesterday & the truth is if that's your way of thinking maybe take up a different sport. You have to have PASSION & COMMITMENT year in year out. No short cuts. I began 1996 & still improving 21 years later. But Oh my, that hair!!

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY! From first ever contest in 1996 aged 19 to my latest contest to achieving 4th in the World 4 weeks ago aged 40. I think I'm doing ok ☺️☺️. When you want something so bad you have to be prepared for the long journey ahead & all the obstacles you will face. You have 2 choices- you give up or you keep the hell going & smash them obstacles down! My rule book is pretty simple to achieve what I set out to do:  NEVER EVER give up.  Work hard, push yourself like you've never wanted anything so bad in your life.  Believe in yourself. #teammccready #teamcnp #followyourdreams #nevergiveup #100percentornothing #workhard #believeinyourself #ifbbpro #ifbbproleague #wheretheresawill #consistency #dreambig #muscle #girlpower #wingsofstrength #risingphoenix #femalebodybuilder #4thintheworld #staystrong #nothingworthhavingcomeseasy #wantitbad #neverquit #flex #british #onemorerep #igotmyselfsomehamstrings — feeling proud.

MOTIVATION MONDAY! hen you think you're working hard just give that little bit more. We are all capable of pushing that bit harder. Stop putting limits on yourself start believing you can keep progressing into & what you want to be. Learn from others who have or are there at that place you dream of being & when you're there- keep going!!! The only limits are the ones you set yourself.

THROWBACK THURSDAY! from first ever photo shoot age 21, to a shoot with Annie Rivieccio this year age 40. This shows that results do not happen overnight, there's no quick fix. I have loved this life since I was 19, eating, training & believing; repeat. Work your ass off, surround yourself with supportive people who encourage you, be consistent, get your head down & graft. Don't look up for approval or applause. Just get on with it. Do it because you love doing it

Love the throwback pics. Wendy seems be getting younger with time. She has always been so hot but that pic of her with Annie had me flying the flag at full mast.  There must be something in the water in the UK.
