In my limited experience with female bodybuilders their vaginas are tighter than average.  However, women that directly train the vagina with kegels or even better with resistance such as the Kegelmaster 2000, vaginal weights, or ben wa balls are the ladies with the best kegel squeezes. For example Tatyana Kozhevnikovam who has the worlds strongest vagina looks like nothing more than a fit woman.

The strongest vagina I've personally experienced was a filipina that was a former stripper but what that entailed in the Philippines I was afraid to ask. I think she may have come from a full service background where the faster she could make a guy climax the more money she could make.  After I ejaculated she used to delight in ejecting my semi-erect manhood, along with my load out of her by flexing her vaginal muscles.
