She says thanks! She's pretty happy her arms are now at 13.5", the biggest they have been. She's been trying to hit her triceps more to make her arms bigger. She wants 16" but I told her to be realistic.

Yes, she puts most of those in her rotating regiment. She has working with an IFBB Pro as her coach for the last year, and her coach changes things up every 2 or 3 months. Her coach also sets her meal plan.

Well, I think that may be a little out of reach even for her. I'm over 200lbs with 17.5" arms now. But hey anything is possible.

Well, I think that may be a little out of reach even for her. I'm over 200lbs with 17.5" arms now. But hey anything is possible.

With the right gear and her ability to put on muscle fairly easily she'd be able to reach you ;P

Once my wife started lifting with me she was hooked. If your wife gives it a try she may really like it.
