Chapter 1

Feldstein Towers was a 90 story building housing a number of businesses and companies in New York City.

Each day the elevator would be jam packed with people running late.  You felt like you were in a can of sardines sometimes.  People would be jammed against each other and pushing against each other like the car was ready to explode.  The only saving grace was that the company on floor 45 was pretty large so often 10-15 people would exit and give some breathing room to those on their way up to the higher floors.
