You could say the SG haggled more so than Jackass.  There are times when a SG asks a high price
for some activity and we don't want to pay that, so we decline, rather than insult her with what we can/want to pay.   
 
IMO those who ask way above the typical rate, are probably only doing it for the $$ and not the fun. 
Those who are reasonable are more likely to be into it.   How desirable/nice the guy is might also be a factor, along with
being a regular or not.

I think these numbers are a little higher than what most non-fbb professional escorts charge. I would guess $200 to $300 would be the mid-level price. Of course, there is no upper limit to the top prices charged. This is true of session providers as well.

Full service is sometimes included in the session with an fbb or wrestler. Sometimes they respond very frankly to an introductory email with a price for full service. Since the original question was "how much would you pay for fs" I would answer I'd pay a little more than the regular session price, about $100 more. But it would depend on who the woman is.
