The difference between her biceps is freaky.  Is that natural or did she really have some kind of injury?

I've got the same thing. Tore/detached the short head of the biceps. The doctor told me that I'd only lose about ten percent of my biceps strength and that the operation didn't have a very high success rate, so I left it alone. It really doesn't affect function, though there is a small change in the  aesthetics.
