Gabriele (Gabi) Mayer

[achilleus]

your inside information suggested an austrian citizenship.

Just as a background information: RedBull and me are the only ones on this board, who outed themselves as being from Austria so far ;-)

With any luck Ms. Mayers was in attendance at todays 4th of July Muscle Beach competition !

[Old Surehand]

She competed there and beat perennial winner Lauren Powers in the Masters and Overall. The biggest highlight was Al Pacino presenting a lifetime award to some guy from the early days of Muscle Beach.

[Old Surehand]

Here's a few pictures from the contest. Not the best quality and I sat with a side view of the stage.

Thanks Old Surehand for the awesome pictures of Gabi, and thanks Hessdx1 for the thread. This thread is amazing. I am so excited that Gabi won Muscle Beach. She has superior muscles and wonderful posing.

Like where is the coverage ABC, Id suggest this should be the event to show on TV, What a great idea, An outdoor bodybuilding contest right on the boardwalk, on the 4th of July, Colorful surroundings, Lively atmosphere, Military folks, National anthem, some shopping, throw in a star like Al. And I think you may have a program lots more folks would be interested in watching !

Versus a boring hotel function room ?

And of course Oldsurehands photos are by far the best yet... So close you experienced the Awesomeness !

100 % A + Awesome !

Thank You !

[Old Surehand]

that's so awesome she won.

I thought so too. Lauren Powers had been a perennial winner in the Masters and FBB divisions of the Venice Beach Classic, but she had to compete against a couple of real female bodybuilders this time. I bet when she saw that Gabi entered, she almost wet her pants.
