Apologies if there is a more appropriate channel for this but has anyone tried Lauren Karov's or Courtney Crawley's online training?

Both of their physiques are very impressive and I've been looking to for some motivation to get in shape - just not sure whether I'll get a very general plan without much 1 to 1 contact and individual feedback! I think this might be the case given how large their followings are

Can anyone who has worked with either of them please let me know what the experience was like, it would be very helpful. Thanks
