She is hot. But not sure about her losing mass... She's looking pretty big to me...


In that backstage pic she is competing in Physique category (forgot the name of the contest), that's why she seems to have lost some mass, especially compared to the outstanding shape she was at the  2012 Arnold Europe Classic....

if you see her now  (during offseason), she gained back her size quite well... I am sure she likes being BIG  :woohoo:

The first russian woman I saw competed by NABBA for the year 1995 on Eurosport!! Very sexy girl.
Another muscle girl for IFBB, Tatiana Ionenko, ones of the best for the theses years.

The first time I saw Ludmila is was like  :wow: :heart:

I was in awe of Beate for a very long time until I discovered Tatyana Ionenko. Tatyana was probably the only female bodybuilder to compete against Beate Draebing continually as her biggest threat. She was just as pretty as Beate, slightly taller, and bigger with more mass and was a lot harder and more muscular. I still wonder why she placed 2nd at the 1997 World Amateur Championships - IFBB. She owned that stage. She was probably the first woman I ever saw thought could be Beate's Achilles heel on the international stage.
