A 300+ bench is tough for anyone, but particularly for a woman weighing half that amount! She checked in at 5'5" 155 pounds for this session, though still fairly defined, and showing off very impressive 16" biceps to boot. In addition to her powerlifting prowess, she had been competing in bodybuilding contests since 1982, and became a top amateur in the 90' when she won the 1995 Junior USA and was 4th in her class in the US Championships. For this tape, she worked her way up to a 315 pound bench and did some other strong lifts, including 14 easy chins, then proceeded to show off her dense physique in a couple bikinis and several dresses. In addition to the arms, she shows off an incredible back and chest, and even had abs at this weight. Kelly was one of a kind here= a 50+ woman who excelled in lifting heavy, had a great physique and was very good looking.
