ABOUT ME

About me - I first competed in bodybuilding in 1986 at the age of 26.   I am a qualifed judge, contest promoter  and a personal trainer specialising in competitive bodybuilding and bodyshaping (figure).   In 2011 - having just turned 50 years old - I competed and won the overall national titles in both physique (NABBA) and figure (NABBA/WFF).

I can help you achieve your goals, whether it is general fat loss and/or muscle gain or whether you wish to compete in a bodybuilding or figure competition.   I can provide you with individual food plans and training programmes for your specific goal.   It's never too late to start.

"It is important to know where you are going rather than to get there quickly"
