Romance story with more successful much younger girl

Hi all!

It's hard to find a good and long story about relationships between a man and a much younger woman, where she is smarter and more successful than him. Maybe they compete for promotion? Or they are in relationships already and she has great increase in her position and salary at work, that greatly reverse roles.

Strangely, this kind of a plot is pretty rare. In few cases that I have found there are many offs: no romance between these characters, or it's going into very explicit and violent way, or it's mentioned briefly and has no impact.

Maybe there are any examples among non-muscle centered novels?

Sure, for a girl being stronger (physically and emotionally) and fitter is a great plus
