The next morning James managed to wake up early again and beat Anna to the kitchen. He busied himself with cleaning up until she labored in like she did the morning before. James knew now not to talk to her until she was drinking her coffee.

"Okay, you asked for it. I am going to be over here all the time now." He said jokingly.

"Good." She said with finality. "I am ready for a good workout today!" She said with excitement.

"That's great, I will take you through a typical workout I do." James said.

"I can't wait, I need to get my fuel first." She said as she made her way to the refrigerator.

"Let me help you out." James offered.

He got busy making her breakfast as she continued to drink her coffee and like the day before started working on a list of to-dos for the day.

When she was done she handed the list over and started to eat her breakfast. The first thing on the list was "Workout with me". He thought it was cute how she wrote that in and scanned the rest of the list. It was pretty straight forward again, daily groceries, keep the kitchen picked up and a couple other little things.

They made small talk while she ate and was soon done and sipping her second cup of coffee.

"Why don't you head down and start warming up and I will change and meet you down there." She offered.

"Okay, see you down there." James said as he headed toward the basement.

He got downstairs and hit the stationary bike to start warming up. He did that for about 15 minutes and then started looking around the gym to familiarize himself with her equipment. It was a really nice setup. It looked like she had everything he needed to do a full workout.

Just as James started to wonder when she might be down, Anna came strutting into the gym looking breathtaking as always. She had her beautiful golden blond hair pulled back in a tight ponytail. Her hair looked smooth and shiny like silk threads.

"Since it sounds like you haven't done a workout like this before I think we will start out with 3 sets instead of 5 to see how you do."

"You're the boss."

She finished up with her warm up on the bike and got off to get her instruction from James. He walked her through a short stretching exercise and before long they were ready to start lifting.

"We will start with barbell squats. Really push yourself and think about how much you think you can do. Remember you only need to do 5 reps each set." James said.

"Okay, I will try 3 plates on each side." She said as she started to load up 45 pound plates on one side.

"Wow, really!! That is 325 pounds!!" James said with awe.

"Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem." Anna said confidently.

James shrugged and started loading up the plates on the other side. He was amazed she could do this much and couldn't wait to see her in action. This weight wasn't much less than what he does.

They finished loading up the weights and Anna confidently positioned herself under the bar and gave a couple of deep breaths. She hoisted the weight up with no problem backed out of the rack a couple of steps and immediately lowered herself into a deep squat.

Her form was perfect as she rang of 4 perfect squats. She did the 5th one a little slower but managed to complete the move with no problems. James was right behind her spotting for safety inches away from her.

"I have done one rep with 50 more pounds on it so I was sure I could lift it. I am happy I managed to get all 5 reps relatively clean."

"Yeah, your form was great, I wouldn't change a thing. Okay let's put 25 on each side for me."

They loaded up the extra weight for James and Anna got behind him to spot. She was a little less shy and was pressing against his butt slightly with her hips and her hands on his chest. They squatted together as James did 5 perfect reps with no problem.

"You need to take your shirt off, I am afraid it's going to get in the way while I am spotting, plus I want to see the muscle groups you are working." Anna said.

"Sure, if you think it will help." James said. He thought it was a lame excuse and was pretty sure he knew what she wanted. He was more than willing to go along with it, this session already seemed like it was heating up.

They continued with the second set and Anna was able to do all 5 reps but struggled a little more on the 5th one. James did his set again with no problems with Anna rubbing up against him. This time with her hands on his bare chest and her massive boobs pressing against his back.

"I think I will need a good spot on this last set." Anna said suggestively.

"Okay, let's load this up." James said as he motioned to the bench press.

He gave some instructions as he went through the motions demonstrating the lift for her. She walked around him watching carefully to see how he performs the motion.

"Thanks, you can see that when done properly you should be working the middle of the back."

He performed the motion a couple more times and then let Anna give it a try. She went with the amount James had on the bar and said it felt heavy but about right. Her form looked really good and James made a couple minor corrections to her posture.

"The final exercise to wrap up their workout was 2 sets of sit- ups." James instructed.

"Some of my closest friends are coming into town tomorrow. They will be staying here." She explained.

"That's great, what makes it so crazy?" He asked.

"Well...when we are all together...let's just say we like to have a good time." She explained in a sneaky way. James was thinking there was probably more to this story. "They should be here around noon tomorrow, why don't you stop by so I can introduce you." She said.

"Sure, I can't wait to meet them."

James had just finished eating his dinner when he heard the front gates of the house opening. He glanced outside his guest house which had a good view of the driveway to see a limo pulling into the circle.

The limo pulled around the circle and stopped by the front doors of the main house where Anna lived.
