Really remember Bauch!

[Marc Hugo]

Really remember Bauch!

I certainly do remember Christa Bauch.  She was an outstanding athlete but (as a trainer of women only I can say this with authority) she was either misguided or more likely in the wrong hands.  Ignorance does a lot of harm in this sport - any sport really.  Possessing marvelous genetics, she was at her best in the early years.  She used way too much in the way of androgenic (wrong for her) substances and seriously affected her femininity. She also tried to stay sharp and in near contest shape all year round and was deeply involved in the dark, murky alternative end of this lifestyle with private wrestling and various fetish videos.  For this she stayed juiced pretty much year-round.  If this was a personal choice I don't know.  If she was getting input or guidance from someone then that someone should go to prison.  I give no quarter to locker-room poly-pharmacists.  Sil Assunçao is right up there and just hope she in capable and caring hands for the long term.
