Poll: Flexed and unflexed arms of "naturally muscular girls next door"

I believe that there are a lot of women out there who have muscles but are "hiding" them. To test my opinion, I am starting this poll. My personal definition of a "naturally muscular girl next door" is someone who fits any of the descriptions below:

1) Woman who does not go to the gym but has visible muscles when flexing; her muscles may have been naturally developed through sports, a physically demanding job, genetics, or other natural means.
2) Woman who regularly works out but does not look like a bodybuilder or fitness model (e.g. "normal looking" arms with no visible or a little muscle tone when unflexed) but has visible muscles when flexed. This may be due to a layer of fat covering the muscles when her arms are not flexed.
3) Former bodybuilder, athlete, fitness model, or the like who stopped working out and thus has "normal looking" arms (see #2 for description) when not flexing. However, she has visible muscles when flexing.

I've allowed a maximum of 5 votes per user since you may know more than one woman whose arms fit the description above. You may add pictures to enhance your description. To make this poll more interesting, please feel free to share your story about the woman (e.g. how she got her muscles, how you knew what her muscles look like, what she thinks of her muscles, etc.)

My ex girlfriend fits my description of a naturally muscular girl next door. I've described her on my previous posts on another thread I started (How to tell your wife or girlfriend that you like muscles? under the "General Chat" section). To further enhance my description, below are pictures of the flexed and unflexed arms of the same woman (not my ex) that closely approximates how my ex's arms looked like when we were together.
