Yep....she is, or rather was, as these pics are from 30 years ago. I didn't know if these should go in this category or the "Memorable Female Muscle" one. Oh well. These are from the great Jazzfan's Amazonia Minor site.  
Anyway, here are some stats from an old WSP (Women's Strength and Physique Publication) magazine that I have:

1981 U.S. Women's Open Championships:

Vicky Gagne

182lb Class, Squat: 446lbs, bench: 253lbs, deadlift: 485lbs = 1,185lbs total

Not amazing by today's standards, but you have to realize that she was 19, these are contest weights with no assists, and this was back in February of 1981! Anyway, I hope you like the pics...
