Hey JF, thank you for your contributions, but any idea on which competition is she training for ? It's my understanding that the IFBB in Asia dropped women's bodybuilding in favor of physique as the rest of the world, leaving the WBPF as the sole option to compete in this category (A federation that has welcomed for a few years athletes like Nguyen Thi My Linh, Suharni Mohammad, Lilian Tan...). The HK fed she is affiliated to is still under the tutelage of the IFBB and her physique seems to be too massive for WPD, so I was wondering...

pumpfiction, not certain what she is training for currently, I think these were just ads for the supplements she takes. With the IFBB dropping women's bodybuilding and going to physique, it's the women like Brenda Lo, Jaranya Dungkam and the others you mentioned that it affects the most, none of them were at the last Asian Championships.
