A muscle harem series

I heard the premise from another forum but to paraphrase from that post: The story is about a relatively weak, girly-looking male who had always been made fun of by other males for being weak and after awhile he decides to do something about it. So he joins a gym in hopes of becoming stronger and even gaining some muscle but only to learn that the gym in question is actually a gym owned by women and some of the women are even bigger than men who made fun of him. When the manager saw the male in question, she genuinely shocked that the girly-looking male was actually a male and not a girl that applied to her gym. Both parties realize that it must have been a mistake and the male tries to get out only to realize he wants to stay not only to stronger in body but in mind and confidence as well. Hilarity ensues.

Granted, I am paraphrasing the premise and the writer hasn't gotten to writing it as it only an idea but sound like a good idea for harem-type, anime fiction story. What do you think?
