UK The Apprentice Sophie Lau

[Timmon]

Sophie Lau was "fired" this week, and here are her highlights. Blink and you will miss, but there is a bicep flex in there, so rare in the UK, I just had to post. Even a non muscular "nice" girl looks so good when she flexes. She may have been "fired", but firing her gun is fun. Shame the fun girls lose out sometimes!

Thx - actually saw that go out live but had no facility to cature it.... would love to have seen whatever the build-up or circumstances that led up to the flex were as she was cleary flexing "properly" and tracing out her bicep/delt tie-in as something to admire! I reckon all the apprentices were lounging around discussing their muscles and flexing away like billy-ho - will have to scour future episodes to see what other gems might suddenly be aired.
