The workout clips are done of Rita's work-outs, where she is training for building muscle or while toning for a competition. Rita could do heavier than 66 lbs dumbells, but we haven't taped clips (yet) that are aimed solely at lifting as heavy as possible, with lower reps. She is quite strong, especially back, shoulders and legs, so I guess it depends on your definition of what is "heavy"!
