I've just read that Racquel Huggins can bench 6 x 235lb. It seems unbelievable considering she's so petite. Anyone any similar stories of fitness or figure women lifting so much? There have been a few well-documented ones, so some original examples would be nice. Anyone got a vid of Racquel training? thanks.

Raquel, "petite"...LOL Well, it depends on how big you are. Raquel Huggins is a lot bigger than most figure competitors. I think she's around 5'8" - 5'9" and weighs around 160 lbs. She's a pretty big girl for a figure competitor and yes, she is insanely strong. Her energy level is through the roof. She call herself the "Energizer Bunny". I spoke to her many times several years back, but lost contact. She's a very sweet person.

Anyway, I once read on a forum, maybe You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login or FTVideo that Alexis Ellis was the "Strongest fitness competitor" during her competition days. In fact, some guy wanted to put up money in challenging any female competitor in a squat contest against Alexis. He claimed that she was capable of squatting over 500+ lbs with no belt or assistance. I'm not too sure how accurate that was, but I remember, GeneX adding to that guys claims and stating that Alexis was a lot stronger than she appeared.

Also, sometime during the 90's, I either read in a magazine or heard someone say that Debbie Kruck could lift an entire refrigerator on her own and carry it on her back and perform squats. I'm really not that sure if it was an exaggerated statement due to how strong she was or if it was fact.

Newcomer Tanya Kim is pretty strong as well. She told me (via chat) that she knocked a man out. Supposedly they got into an argument at some venue and he attacked her, pushed her to the floor and called her a b!+(%. She said she just reacted out of anger and "knocked his ass out" with a single punch to the jaw. As far as size goes, that girl is BIG! She laughs everytime I call her Amazon or Kim "Bo" Slice.

Karma for your information. Well, maybe she did those lifts a few years ago, because her most recent pics on her new site show her to be more 'petite'. Would love to find a training vid of hers. Yes, Debbie Kruck was pretty  strong for a figure/fitness competitor: for example, she almost stacked the lat pulldown machine in one vid I saw.

Actually, the pics on her website are old, maybe 5 - 6 years old if not older. The pics that I posted of her in red and in the black dress are the most recent. I think they are from last year or maybe this year. She posted them on her "Facebook".
